84067 1/8 Glow-Engine R/C 4x4 Racing Buggy TRF801X

This buggy’s highly efficient drive system comes from the optimized placement of the front and rear propeller shafts. The driveline is virtually straight which makes it the most efficient driveline in its class. The TRF801X chassis has plenty of adjustability to fine-tune it for the most demanding of racetracks across the globe. TRF drivers from around the world will be piloting the new competition level Buggy throughout 2010 in an effort to further develop its potential and a new line of TRF801X option parts.

Tamiya drivers had an excellent result in Canada. 2009 was a tremendous race season. TRF driver Abiye Biru showed what his new Tamiya ride could do! Winning his 1st race at the Niagara leg of the GLORCS (Great Lakes RC series)!  Abiye Birku and Gareth Houben went on to finish 2nd & 3rd in the 2009 GLORCS series! Over in the R/C Pro series Steve Bortolotti racked up a 2nd place finish at the Ontario finals at Legacy Hobbies. Making Tamiya cars a favourite on the podium.
